- prioritising an inclusive residential membership through adaptable points-based allocations criteria.
- creating communal spaces enabling LGBT+ people to live and socialise within a non-judgmental environment with policies that protect against discrimination in all its forms.
Engage:
- engaging the wider Leeds LGBT+ communities to ensure their interests are represented in the development and management of the scheme.

- providing a variety of tenure options, including shared ownership, to recognise differing circumstances of both income and wealth of potential residents
