Accessibility
Create a fully accessible, flexible, inclusive multi-generational LGBTQ+ community space
Build
Construct a sustainable Community Centre where the LGBTQ+ community can work and play in safety and comfort.
Contain
Include a social enterprise café and bar, multi-use spaces, meeting rooms, offices, performance and art areas. Accommodate a training and employment hub, and LGBTQ+ services as well as rented spaces.
Diversity
Provide a safe space where all LGBTQ+ people are able to explore individual identities and contribute to a cohesive Leeds LGBTQ+ community.
Ecological
Use sustainable and ecological methods to build and run the Centre.
Finance
To use social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations and services.

Café and Bar, Meeting Rooms, Performance Space, Music Studios, Guest Rooms and Offices for Services

Community-run Services
In-house social enterprises, including Catering, Housing Management, Care Provision, LGBT+ Support
